A portion of the revenue from Inn Washington is directed to the Jamaican and American Friends of the Infirmaries, a charitable organization started by Dr Rhodes to help enhance the comfort and dignity of aged persons requiring shelter in Jamaica. Funds also support free cataract surgery and eye care for the blind in Jamaica.
